Champion Home Builders is proud to be a part of the York Community since the early 1960’s. We are a division of Champion Enterprises, INC., one of the nation’s largest manufactured home builder. We have grown over the 45 yrs. that we have been in York. Our first facility was a 47,000 sq. ft. plant. Our current facility, which we moved into in 1997, is a 168,000 sq. ft. plant. Our current senior staff and sales team have a total of 285 years combined experience and dedication. Experienced retailers in twelve Midwest states retail our homes.

Our Mobile homes are built to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development code. Our Modular homes are built to the International Residential Code, the National Electric Code, and the Model Energy Code.
